Apple Cinnamon Vinaigrette

Course Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 2 T. real maple syrup
  • 4 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a large glass measuring cup and pour into a salad dressing bottle. You can also mix all of this together in a mason jar, put on the lid, and shake well.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour to let the flavors develop.
  • If the olive oil has solidified after you remove it from the fridge, especially when you are using the leftovers, simply leave it out on the counter for a little while or run the bottle under hot water and shake to help the olive oil return to it's liquid state.
