Whisk all ingredients together in a large glass measuring cup and pour into a salad dressing bottle. You can also mix all of this together in a mason jar, put on the lid, and shake well.
Refrigerate for at least one hour to let the flavors develop.
If the olive oil has solidified after you remove it from the fridge, especially when you are using the leftovers, simply leave it out on the counter for a little while or run the bottle under hot water and shake to help the olive oil return to it's liquid state.
