Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a glass 13x9 pan with cooking spray.
In a shallow bowl, melt butter. In another shallow bowl, mix together Italian breadcrumbs and parmesan.
Dip each chicken tender in butter, then in breadcrumb mixture and place in prepared baking pan.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
What to serve with it: I keep the sides pretty simple most of the time. We usually have this with a simple rice pilaf and steamed veggie. You could also go little lighter and serve it with a large green salad. Both would be delicious.
